Requisitos:
The Business Unit Leader leads their team towards success in creating sustainable people, profit, and planet value, by adopting the following roles:
1. Member of the Operations team
The Business Unit Leader aspires to drive the performance of the Shop first, even before their own Business Unit. They are actively involved in:
- Sharing best practices between Business Units and contributing to Plant performance in a collaborative manner, maintaining a "ONE MANUFACTURING TEAM" mindset.
- Detecting and developing talents to grow their careers in the Shop, exporting talent to support business needs.
- Supporting Shop decisions even under uncertainty and unfavorable circumstances.
- Improving Business Unit performance through coaching and feedback.
- Providing input on support team members' performance and development recommendations.
2. People developer
The Business Unit Leader is passionate about developing people, viewing their plant as a platform for recruitment, training, and professional growth. They are expected to:
- Promote a lifelong learning mindset by evaluating competencies and identifying development opportunities.
- Ensure development through Spoke training and social promotion projects.
- Utilize accessible career paths for all employees.
- Build and believe in diverse teams.
- Support competency development via mentoring and coaching.
3. Representative/Role model of Company values, purpose & strategy
The Business Unit Leader embodies the group's values and represents the Plant to employees by:
- Living out values and inspiring through behavior.
- Motivating teams using Michelin purpose & Dream.
- Ensuring understanding of the Plant strategy and individual roles in collective success.
- Aligning the shop vision and engaging teams to realize it.
- Addressing employee issues timely and ensuring accurate attendance records.
- Developing Safety as a core value, ensuring responsibility for safety among employees.
4. Customer & business partner
The Business Unit Leader understands customer needs and guides teams to be customer-centric. They are expected to:
- Understand customer requirements and their role in meeting expectations.
- Focus on all aspects of economic value creation.
- Support business through collaboration on industrialization, digitalization, and industry transformations.
5. Environment promoter
The Business Unit Leader promotes sustainability and environmental impact reduction by:
- Fostering a culture valuing sustainability and environment.
- Implementing strategies for environmental impact and biodiversity.
