Analista de Faturamento para Rio de Janeiro

Airswift is seeking an experienced Billing Analyst to join a dynamic team in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes, financial controls, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoicing and related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end billing processes, ensuring compliance with internal and client requirements.
• Prepare and validate invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and reconcile financial data.
• Support audits and reporting activities, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Collaborate with internal departments and clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Contribute to process improvements and system optimization for billing operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in billing or financial operations;
• Proven experience with Oil & Gas companies .
• Advanced English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
