Brunel is seeking a Recruiter to work in our internal team, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients and positions. The role requires a consultative mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates within agreed timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, shortlisting, and offer support).
- Conduct active sourcing and market mapping using LinkedIn, databases, and professional networks.
- Perform competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding business needs, culture, and role requirements.
- Prepare candidate assessment reports and present shortlists to clients.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring quality and delivery within SLAs.
- Support offer negotiation and follow-up through hiring completion.
- Maintain recruitment systems/ATS and track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline, SLA).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience recruiting for different seniority levels (operational, technical, professional, and/or leadership roles).
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- English Advanced
