We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our Brazil operations, owning revenue growth, key accounts, and sales team performance across Brazil and selected international markets.

What You Will Do

  • Own and drive national and international B2B revenue for Brazil
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with global leadership
  • Acquire, manage, and grow key enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value, multi-year contracts
  • Establish partnerships with corporates, distributors, and procurement heads
  • Forecast revenue, manage pipelines, and report performance to global HQ
  • Work closely with global production, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams
  • Represent VORN at industry events, client meetings, and executive negotiations

Who We Are Looking For

Mandatory

  • Fluent Portuguese + strong English (business level)
  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 3–5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams
  • Demonstrated success closing high-value enterprise and cross-border deals
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Commercially sharp, data-driven, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable managing international clients and global stakeholders
  • Confident executive presence across in-person, video, and board-level meetings

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

  • Experience in automotive, energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
  • Existing C-level and procurement network in Brazil
  • Experience launching or scaling regional operations for global companies

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: R$18,000 – R$30,000 per month (experience-dependent)
  • Commission: Uncapped, performance-based
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): R$35,000 – R$50,000+ per month
  • Top Performers: R$60,000+ per month
  • Annual performance and leadership bonus

  • Marketing and inside-sales support with inbound leads
