Your Role as a The Case Assembly Drafter plays a pivotal role in preparing, organizing, and finalizing all components of a client’s immigration case prior to attorney review. This position ensures every filing is complete, accurate, and supported by required evidence. Ideal candidates bring exceptional attention to detail, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple case components in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Drafting & Documentation Draft cover letters for all immigration case types. Prepare TVAP referral emails and attorney affidavits for T‑Visa filings. Draft 918 B cover letters for U‑Visa certifications. Summarize FBI background reports for T‑Visa cases. Draft country conditions reports and SIJS‑specific filings. Case Assembly Assemble complete case filings in PDF format following firm standards. Ensure all forms, declarations, evidence, and supporting documents are included and properly organized. Upload supporting documents and applications for online‑filed cases. Submit finalized case packets for attorney review using Airtable workflows. Client & Evidence Management Collect client signatures on all forms and declarations. Gather and upload psychological evaluations. For SIJS cases, collect signatures on GC‑211s. Verify completeness and consistency of all required evidence. Quality Control & Accuracy Checks Conduct credibility checks to ensure dates, timelines, and narratives align across all documents. Confirm all mandatory documents are present before submitting cases for review. Additional Responsibilities Submit formal requests to hold cases in abeyance when appropriate. Coordinate with internal departments to obtain missing documents or follow‑up information. Required Competencies & Skills Bilingual or professional fluency in English. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to identify inconsistencies in client narratives and timelines. Strong writing skills for drafting affidavits, cover letters, and formal requests. Solid understanding of immigration case components and evidence requirements. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Skilled in tracking signatures, evaluations, and supporting documentation. Strong communication skills for client coordination and internal collaboration. Comfort using Airtable, PDF tools, and online filing systems. What We Offer: Competitive pay above market rate.
