Working with Affinity is a "Lifetime Experience" where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate all your potential and to be successful on every level. #welcometoyourfuture What you need to have College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar; 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internship experience counts) ; Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Linked In and job boards; Interest in international hiring, relocation management and cross-cultural environments; Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (C1+ is mandatory); Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones; Based in Brazil, with a genuine interest in building a career in international recruitment and an ability to travel.
