**What to expect**
We are looking for a **(Senior) Attribution Expert (M/F/d) **to join our lovely performance marketing team and work on app and web performance marketing accounts. You will be supporting the client management team with your insights and recommendations to devise effective tracking on app and web, new strategies to keep up with an evolving industry, and reporting processes among other levers.
**What you'll do**:
- Consult and audit our clients based on their growth opportunities and challenges while helping the account management team.
- Analyze data and provide reports while sitting with the client service teams, provide recommendations for optimizations.
- Develop data strategies for clients and evolve our approach to analyzing client data.
- Work closely with our Data & Engineering team to develop cutting edge technology solutions
- Innovating and updating our approach to technical topics through industry changes (e.g. iOS 14 reporting, web-to-app acquisition flows)
- Recommending the best technical set-up to achieve client goals through app tracking integration, pixel implementation, and support/troubleshooting setup
- Devise new strategies for improving reporting and other processes
- Mentor, train, guide junior and other members of the team.
- Opportunities to produce content and articles for our Services' knowledge base
- Opportunities to represent Phiture at mobile growth conferences giving workshops/talks
**What you bring to us**
- At least 2 years experience working in an analytics function
- You have 1-2 years experience in mobile marketing, specifically acquisition, app growth, and attribution
- Experience in MMP reporting and integration with major marketing platforms: Google, Facebook.. etc
- You like to be up to date on current trends and best marketing practices
- You are able to collect, gather, visualize and analyze information in details and therefore, make decisions the most effective way
- You are familiar with campaign management tools (e.g. SKAI), automation of campaign optimization, generating reports as well as A/B and multivariate experiments
- You have experience with reporting tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
- Capability to coach/mentor team members to grow their skills
