What You Will Do:

• Identify customer needs and sales opportunities to drive growth.

• Identify and establish business relationships/needs for each target market and/or application.

• Define a strategy and implement a business plan for the first years.

• Maintain customer relationships to collect and analyze technical, financial, marketing and sales information.

• Work closely with the organization to ensure strategies meet annual operating plan (AOP) and growth targets.

• Work closely with the technical lead to understand the advantages and disadvantages of technical approaches to customer proposals.

• Guarantee business profitability based on what is required by the company.

• Identify and leverage resources to conduct technical/product training for customers in specific accounts.

• Demonstrate effective safety leadership to foster the company's commitment to a safety culture by ensuring that health, safety, environment and quality and reliability are the responsibility of all employees.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree;

• 7 years working in the Oil and Gas Chemicals industry in a lead role;

• Previous experience managing Petrobras business/contracts;

• Ability to define Scope of work (SoW) for innovative projects based on customer needs;

• Ability to drive technical discussions with high level R&D around project deliveries, road blockers and business impact;

• Understand pre-salt production chemist technologies and trends is a plus for this position;

• 5 years managing successful teams;

• Good computer skills, including the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel

• Fluent English and intermediate Spanish;

• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;

• Competitive attitude focused on results.
