**Position**: Full time - Senior-Lead Backend / Full Stack / PHP / WordPress Developer
The salary starting from 15 USD per hour depending on your quality of work, level of productivity and commitment.
**Hours of Work - 40 Hours per week**
Eight hours per day plus one hour lunch break with a minimum 4 hours within NZDT time zone 8am - 6pm**.**
You must be available to communicate at any time via Slack and Zoom with the Team during your agreed hours.
**About the role - **We're working fully remotely and we don't mind where in the world you are based.
The role would be primarily WordPress custom solutions and working on the backend of it. What does it mean? You will rarely hear "this project is similar to...". We specialize in creating custom solutions per customer, custom plugins and integrations. Where we can't use WordPress we use it as headless CMS via REST API. You'll get some extra brownie points if you have any continuous deployment experience (including AWS infrastructure) but we can teach you that too.
**The experience we're looking for**:
- Good spoken and written English
- Minimum 3 years recent programming PHP experience and a good understanding of OOP
- A great understanding and knowledge of git and git workflow
- Good knowledge of frontend frameworks JS, React, SCSS
- Knowing additional libraries is a plus - Laravel, Symfony
- Good understanding of database structure and SQL queries
- Good understanding of REST APIs
