Requisitos:

This position is responsible for the implementation, administration, and operation of Human Resources programs, practices and procedures related to compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, coaching/training, employee relations and organizational development. The incumbent must be focused on providing excellent internal customer service, driving organizational change, and supporting initiatives and programs that will reinforce the strategic direction of the HR organization.

ESSENTIAL

  • Deliver critical tactical HR services in an efficient and effective manner that reduces risk to the organization and contributes to optimizing human capital
  • Work closely with our management on strategy and execution of employee engagement, team effectiveness, performance management, career development, compensation review and staffing needs
  • Partner with all HR centers of excellence (COEs) in the planning and execution of various HR programs, practices, and procedures; including salary administration, benefits, performance management and organizational development
  • Ensure locally administered HR strategies, services, and programs are executed effectively and efficiently
  • Objectively manage, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues
  • Single point of contact for employee queries and responses
  • Assist with organizational and change management processes in the region
  • Balance corporate, function, geographic and business needs in deploying HR programs
  • Partner with managers to provide coaching and recommendations on the appropriate handling of performance issues and provide oversight when corrective actions are needed
  • Conduct exit interviews to gain insight on turnover and provide recommendations for retention
  • Maintain knowledge of employment law, company policies and ensure HR actions are compliant
  • Apply subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex HR issues and recommend appropriate alternatives
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
  • Support and lead various HR projects
  • Assist with government audits and legal action requests
  • Responsible for recruitment and Selection process
  • Other duties as required.

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology Business Administration, plus a minimum of 5 years HR experience; or equivalent education and experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service and conflict management skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs; experience with HRIS such as Oracle PeopleSoft a plus
  • High level of dependability, confidentiality and customer service mindset
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment
  • Must be proficient in English
