Aldelia consultancy is looking for a HSE Coordinator for one of our clients in the O&G market. This job position is temporary (contract until december 2025). Key responsibilities: Provide leadership and guidance to all HSE staff relating to their scope/project; Lead the development and issuance of the Project’s HSE Plan and achieve its objectives; Be the focal point for the HSE issues in the Project, providing guidance on implementation actions and leading by example; Monitor the project's HSE performance and trends (statistics/KPIs) and report monthly; Carry out training and/or indicate suppliers to provide them; Promote the dissemination of the HSE culture within the Project’s organization; Carry out HSE audits and inspections according to the project schedule; Participate in meetings with customers and suppliers; Develop the Workers' Environmental Education Program (PEAT); Identify the Project's HSE requirements and other applicable legal requirements and maintain an interface with Project leadership to ensure that these requirements are understood, met and opportunities for improvements are implemented; Ensure that this plan is followed by the project team, including suppliers and customers; Ensure that the project's HSE documentation is properly issued and implemented; Ensure that all Project’s facilities/vessels have their respective emergency plans implemented; Facilitate and participate in HSE risk assessments and ensure that HSE risk management is properly implemented in the Project; Keep the Project's HSE training matrix updated and monitor its attendance with those responsible; Guide and assist the Project leadership in investigating all project incidents, as well as in completing the respective action plans and providing information necessary for validating the lessons learned to close such incidents; Carry out management visits and strategic engagements with project suppliers; Ensure that HSE management captures lessons learned and is executed in accordance with best practices, striving to mitigate risks, promoting safety and integrity consistently; Responsible for the efficient, on-time, accurate and on-budget management and delivery of HSE activities on the Project. Requirements: As a person, you have: Needs to be an HSE Engineer with post-graduation in safety engineering (valid CREA registration) or a Safety Technician with valid CREA registration. At least 5 years of work experience in EPCI with HSE role, preferably in subsea projects. Great interpersonal skills. You are energized and enjoy teamwork. Holds a result and detail-oriented mindset. Desirable, candidates living in Angra dos Reis-RJ. Fluent in verbal and writing communication in Portuguese and English is a must have for the position.
