To be responsible for all activities providing the necessary support on pre
- and post-contractual administration & management, Terms & Conditions of the contract and the Management of claims. Also involves definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities in support of the contract or project. Also involves definition, management, and execution of contract estimating processes and activities to support tenders and project reviews. Develops a year plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. Contributes to plan of larger unit.
Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities
Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
Provide both service agreement, and time and material program management
Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams
Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts
Communicates across direct organization
Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
Handles latitude in project techniques.
Project process requires choosing right approaches.
Handles diverse clients in a region, follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
Managing Local Content Certification requirements and deliverables.
Managing KPIs, both financial on revenue, cash and cost but also operational on Delivery Time, percentual of utilization and billable days for Field Service Engineers. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school / GED with at least experience in Services).
Additional experience in Customer Contract Management.
Advanced English.
