As the

Category Sales Lead for Insulation & Coating

, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building lasting client relationships. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, shaping the future of our category strategy, and making a direct contribution to our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the maritime and offshore industries to drive business growth.Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.Business Development:

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with established Brazilian end-customers and potential new suppliers.Sales Target Achievement:

Set, meet, and aim to exceed sales goals, consistently contributing to the overall success of the company.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering, or a related field.Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in the maritime and offshore industry, preferably in sales, supply chain, or technical areas.Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of technical insulation and/or coating for offshore platforms in Brazil.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant system tools.Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English (both spoken and written).Location:

Based in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate.

Desired Skills:Communication & Negotiation

: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.Results-Driven:

Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with OIC, platform owners, shipowners, and shipyards is a strong plus.Tech-Savvy:

Experience with CRM/ERP systems, international logistics, import/export processes, and event management is advantageous.Additional Skills:

Knowledge of procurement platforms such as Petronect, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Shipserv is a plus.
