What we are looking for

On our journey to internationalisation, we are looking for a junior to mid-level sales expert with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are proactive, goal-driven, and have a strong tenacity to make things happen. Ideally, you already have an established and trusted network in the fitness and wellness industry, which you are eager to constantly expand and maintain. You love to directly interact with clients and to move the sales cycle efficiently. You will report directly to the regional head of sales.

Your Tasks

  • Convince gyms/clubs to join BODDY’s vast global network (free of cost).
  • Sell member programs to gyms/clubs (with recurring fees).
  • Present BODDY to gyms and club owners and educate them on its benefits.
  • Convert prospective clients into long-term partners/customers.
  • Achieve the company’s targets by opening up new cities (building a strong portfolio).
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with customers, including key accounts.
  • Interact closely with operations for onboarding and maintenance of accounts.
  • Travel to meet prospects and customers within your assigned territory.
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

 

Your Profile

  • Sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and boosting revenue.
  • A well-balanced mix of acquisition (sales) and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, structured self-starter with a can-do mindset.
  • Equipped with a personal network of fitness & wellness operators.
  • Proficient in Portuguese and English.
  • Experienced in the use of CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot).
