What You’ll Do
Your mission as a Field Service Analyst will be to work in the field at our client's office, located in Cabiúnas District of Macaé - Rio de Janeiro, providing level 1 support to the employees assigned to the client.
Key Responsibilities
· Providing day-to-day support to end users, such as configuring workstations with computers and the necessary peripheral devices, routers, printers, etc;
· Helping to solve problems in other customer applications, such as repairing or replacing parts, debugging, etc;
· Provide hardware and software support;
· Check computer hardware HDD, mouse, keyboards, etc. to ensure functionality;
· Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications;
· installations and formatting of machines, as well as migrations;
· Manage administrative activities, organizing and scheduling updates and maintenance, using controls and spreadsheets, without preventing others from completing their work;
· Keeping records of repairs and corrections and the maintenance schedule, registering and following them up in the call queue;
· Participating in the preparation and delivery of training on tools to users;
· Support in meeting rooms;
Preferred experience:
· Experience with Service Now;
· Experience with inventory management;
· Network experience;
· Customer service, call handling;
· Intermediate English.
· Accept working in the presencial model in Macaé - RJ.
