**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Support all Americas sellers in the incentives pillars: incentives design, territory and quota, commission payment and end plan. This individual needs to have strong act as a trusted business advisor and be able communicate with Sales Leaders in Senior executive levels in English, strong experience, and knowledge on using automated tools and implementing new tools, demonstrated experience with complex problem solving and being able to understand the IBM strategy and how the Sales plan is aligned to that strategy to advise internal customers. In addition, require someone who can demonstrate experience in understanding and executing complex end to end process, innovation skills to eliminate hand offs and offer a unique experience to IBM sellers and growth mind set to embrace IBM challenges of transforming our business.
