Requisitos:
Tenure-track position in Pure, Applied and Industrial Mathematics The “Instituto de Matemática Pura e Aplicada” (IMPA) is accepting applications for one tenure-track position in all areas of Pure, Applied or Industrial Mathematics with special emphasis on the subareas of Applied Mathematics and Industrial Mathematics. The positions will initially involve a trial period, with the potential for transition to permanent researcher evaluated during the first four years. The estimated starting monthly salary ranges from R$ 26.952,00 to R$ 28.898,57. More senior applicants may also be considered for tenured positions. Applications for this position should include the items below. list of publications; names and email addresses of at least three researchers who can provide letters of recommendation. Once the application is received, IMPA will contact the listed referees with instructions on how to submit their letters. Applicants are encouraged to notify their referees in advance. The deadline for submitting applications is November 16th, 2025. Results will be announced by December 2025.
