Administrative Specialist para Rio de Janeiro
Requisitos:
Key Responsibilities:
- 1.Provide clients with standardized and customized administrative services, continuously improving service satisfaction.
- 2.Responsible for office space planning, site selection and inspection for leasing, office renovation, handover and takeover, as well as restoration and lease termination processes.
- 3.Manage office environment, handle emergency incidents, ensure safety management, and oversee the daily management and performance evaluation of third-party service providers.
- 4.Manage office-related expenses, procurement of fixed assets and office supplies, control costs effectively, and improve efficiency.
- 5.Assist with employee on boarding and off boarding, and foster a positive office atmosphere.
- 6.Coordinate and support communications and reception for visits from local government agencies and external organizations in cooperation with relevant departments.
- 7.Collaborate with functional departments to support the implementation of various company initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1.Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2.Over 5 years of administrative work experience; at least 10 years of work or life experience in the local area. Local candidates are preferred.
- 3.Extensive experience in office operations and maintenance.
- 4.Demonstrate excellent professional ethics and outstanding capabilities.
- 5.Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and an innovative mindset.
- 6.Fluent in English and Portuguese reading, speaking, and listening.
- 7.Proficient in using common office software.
- 8.Willing and able to travel frequently for business.
