You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Habilidades necessárias:
experiência em ITSM com níveis de responsabilidade progressivamente mais altos. Final
experiência
experiência em ferramentas ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, ITOM e adepto de vários OOB
recursos, fluxos de trabalho e integrações
Bom ter habilidades:
Experiência baseada em projetos, preferencialmente em tecnologia ITSM, ITBM e ITOM.
- Sólida experiência em levantamento de requisitos, incluindo experiência na criação de processos
documentação
- Conhecimento dos processos utilizados em um ambiente de Serviços Compartilhados
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação (escrita e verbal) com forte apresentação e
habilidades de facilitação (proficiência em Visio, Word e PowerPoint)
- Fortes habilidades interpessoais, atitude centrada no cliente, capacidade de lidar com a diversidade cultural
