We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our Rio de Jenerio office, focused on growing B2B accounts across Brazil and international markets.

What You Will Do

  • Acquire and manage  B2B corporate clients
  • Drive new revenue through outbound sales, networking, and inbound leads
  • Present solutions to decision-makers (Procurement, HR, Marketing)
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Work closely with global production and merchandising teams
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Who We Are Looking For

Mandatory:

  • Fluent Portuguese + strong English (business level)
  • 4–8+ years experience in  B2B sales / business development
  • Proven ability to close high-value corporate deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Organized, independent, and target-driven
  • Comfortable working with international clients
  • Confident phone, video, and in-person sales presence

Preferred (big plus):

  • Experience in  automotive or energy sector
  • Existing corporate network in Brazil

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: R$8,000 – R$15,000 per month
  • Commission: Uncapped, performance-based
  • OTE: R$18,000 – R$22,000+ per month
  • Top Performers: R$25,000+ per month
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Monday–Friday | 9:00 – 17:00
  • Laptop, mobile phone, CRM, lead-generation tools
  • Marketing support with inbound leads
