We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our Rio de Jenerio office, focused on growing B2B accounts across Brazil and international markets.
What You Will Do
- Acquire and manage B2B corporate clients
- Drive new revenue through outbound sales, networking, and inbound leads
- Present solutions to decision-makers (Procurement, HR, Marketing)
- Build long-term client relationships
- Work closely with global production and merchandising teams
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Who We Are Looking For
Mandatory:
- Fluent Portuguese + strong English (business level)
- 4–8+ years experience in B2B sales / business development
- Proven ability to close high-value corporate deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Organized, independent, and target-driven
- Comfortable working with international clients
- Confident phone, video, and in-person sales presence
Preferred (big plus):
- Experience in automotive or energy sector
- Existing corporate network in Brazil
What We Offer
- Base Salary: R$8,000 – R$15,000 per month
- Commission: Uncapped, performance-based
- OTE: R$18,000 – R$22,000+ per month
- Top Performers: R$25,000+ per month
- Annual performance bonus
- Monday–Friday | 9:00 – 17:00
