We are looking for a results-driven Business Development - Sales professional to identify and secure new business opportunities in the CAPEX market within a leading EPCI company. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing team, engage with key industry players, and drive success in offshore and onshore projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying New Business Opportunities: Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint and engage potential clients and business prospects within the CAPEX sector, with a focus on the oil and gas industry.
  • Building Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term business success and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing Winning Strategies: Craft and execute business development strategies that align with company goals, strengthening our presence in offshore and onshore oil and gas projects.
  • Crafting Compelling Proposals: Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals and presentations that showcase our EPCI capabilities and unique value proposition.
  • Keeping a Pulse on the Market: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiating and Closing Deals: Lead contract negotiations with confidence, securing agreements that drive profitability and align with company objectives.
  • Tracking and Reporting Progress: Provide insightful reports on business development activities, sales pipeline progress, and results to senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the EPCI or oil and gas sector.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of offshore and onshore oil and gas project dynamics, sales techniques, and negotiation strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage clients, deliver persuasive presentations, and build strong professional relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Tech-Savvy Approach: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and business development software.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and drive business growth
