Job Purpose
Participate in and perform tasks of the Medium Complexity Purchasing Department, acting under the supervision and instruction of the immediate supervisor, applying policies, procedures and good practices in the area.
Job Description
- Acquisition of materials and contracting of services related to Operations and Installations of EPCI projects.
- Negotiation, supplier management, purchasing techniques, KPIs, contract management.
- Issue and expedite requests for quotation of medium complexity items/services and monitor the development of high complexity;
- Apply Sourcing and Procurement procedures related to the processes of purchasing, qualification and evaluation of suppliers;
- Expediting Purchase Orders
- Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing processes for medium complexity scope (Commercial evaluation, Financial evaluation, Capacity x demand evaluation, among others)
You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences or related areas.
- Desirable Knowledge of the Oil and Gas market, products and services intended in Operations and Installations of projects and ships, Purchasing routine (from requisition to order issuance).
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, Excel, Power Bi and Sharepoint.
- Advanced English
- Ease of teamwork, sense of ownership, initiative, problem-solving skills
