Requisitos:
Responsibilities Understand, structure, and optimize the organization’s operations by mapping processes, documenting workflows, analyzing bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to increase productivity. Reduce costs and improve the quality of outcomes. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring performance indicators and ensuring processes are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (completed) Technical knowledge: Process mapping (BPM): use of tools and notations such as BPMN; Continuous improvement methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen; Business Process Management (BPM) and operational efficiency concepts; Data analysis and KPIs; Analysis tools: advanced Excel (tables, charts, basic VBA), Power BI or similar; Systems knowledge: ERP, workflow or automation tools; Project management: familiarity with methodologies such as Agile or PMBOK; Ability to analyze problems and propose structured solutions; Understanding of the value chain and end-to-end processes; Basic knowledge of strategic management and performance indicators; Critical thinking to identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities; Clear communication (to interact with different areas); Facilitation and conducting meetings/workshops; Ability to influence and engage people. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement Methodologies, and Data Analysis to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Proficient in utilizing analysis tools and project management methodologies to drive strategic objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
