Job Description Streamax is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of B2B quota-carrying experience, with a strong background in direct or channel selling, particularly in the hardware or software industries. Experience in the surveillance solution, GPS industry or within commercial vehicles is highly preferred. In addition to this, candidates should possess a rich track record in recruiting and developing new channels and partners. A strong understanding of selling methodologies and CRM systems is a significant advantage. A bachelor's degree in IT/technology or a related business administration field is required, along with experience in local market development within the assigned region. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Achieve annual sales targets through the development of new channel partnerships. 2. Report directly to the Regional Sales Director and provide weekly visitation reports. 3. Conduct bi-weekly reviews of new channel development status. 4. Demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive working attitude with the ability to work independently without constant supervision. 5. Thrive under pressure and exhibit the flexibility to work across different time zones. 6. Willingness to travel, with a travel percentage ranging from 30% to 50%. 7. Be a fast learner in a given territory and industry focus. 8. Possess a results-driven attitude with exceptional skills in prospecting for new channel partners. 9. Strong C-Level communication skill. Qualifications 1. Minimum of 5+ years of B2B quota-carrying experience in direct or channel sales, the hardware or software industries experience is preferred. 2. Preferred experience in the surveillance solution, GPS solution industry or commercial vehicles industry related. 3. Proven track record of recruiting and developing new channel partners. 4. Understanding of selling methodologies and experience with CRM systems is a significant plus. 5. Bachelor's degree in IT/Technology or a related business and administration field. 6. Experience in regional local market development. 7. Bilingual with English and Portuguese is a must, Mandarin language will be a significant plus. What We Offer 1.
