Role Description Airswift is looking for a Collections Analyst to join our Finance team in Rio de Janeiro. The position and role will be supporting the Americas region-based clients. This position is to work on a hybrid schedule in our office in Rio de Janeiro, RJ. Principle Accountabilities Preparing and holding meetings internally and externally Identifying and proposing solutions to process gaps Reconciliation work between internal and external systems Debt Collection: Collects cash, negotiates payments, manages customer accounts, handles CFTS (internal meetings) and Kick-off meetings, monitors debtor account balances. Apply customer’s payments, according to remittances working with different systems. Analysis of statistics of financial withdrawals. Solve problems with Cash Applications. Work with other teams to understand and mitigate gaps in the clients' payments. Compile and analyse financial reports and find discrepancies that require management attention. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Advanced English skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of one year of experience in the role (collections or reconciliation). Prior ERP/ VMS system use is preferred but not required. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. What we can offer you!
