**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Responsible for developing LATAM strategies for all channels on and off-premise and incorporating category(ies) vision, identifying key opportunities alongside LATAM channels and main subchannels to guarantee channel strategy implementation, delivering revenues, transactions, and volume objectives. (Responsible for the connection of category and channels (with occasion platforms approach).
- Leads the improvement of the Initial commercial construct (based on the ABP + Channel driven PICOS):
- Brand’s Q commercial priorities.
- How to win (Channels, portfolio, hotspots to win, $ guidelines).
- Helps in Annual/Q input on commercial strategy for the brands.
- Be the lens of the Channel in the categories assigned and represent C&CL functions in the category extended team. (Executional reality check in CET).- Track channel main indicators (e.g., SOM, SO$, SOVI, SOCI, Price Compliance, etc.), review business performance, and design impactful actions to improve when results are below targets. Continuously share information, insights, and knowledge with KO System, developing platforms to materialize those insights into actions.**Qualification & Requirements**- Proven abilities of Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Initiative, Teamwork, Work under Pressure, Adaptability, Influencer.
- Proven System knowledge, including deep understanding of the complexities of the System such as bottler economics and system levers, processes, and tools.
- Leadership skills and Marketplace knowledge.
- Languages: English and Spanish (required). Portuguese (Nice to have).
- To succeed, the role requires to conduct analyses to fully understand shopper and customer insights to anticipate consumer and shopper trends and changes, as well as track channel performance to quickly react to competitor’s movement.
- The role is also responsible to provide execution guidelines and influence the execution of the channel strategy through the OU, in order to gain relevance at the store level, helping achieve Objectives.
- This role requires solid commercial planning, shopper marketing, and commercial execution experience, key to have solid understanding of both consumer and shopper behavior.
- Deep Shopper understanding per subchannel and business formats in order to customize, manage and implement ad hoc strategies and plans to support Channel & Marketing activities.
