About the Role

KEY DUTIES

• Understand the business opportunities to hypothesize as an individual researcher and in collaboration with team members to identify the optimal business solution.
• Produce clear, insightful work products (visualizations, reports, presentations, etc.) to outline business opportunities and actionable recommendations internally.
• Partner effectively with Developers, Operations, Finance, and other departments to communicate findings from analytical insights, design tests, and incorporate recommendations into business processes.
• Build a strategic insights and planning function that executes projects and studies, adding value through proactive data analysis, reporting, and research.
• Work cross-functionally with business owners to develop innovative analytics products that enhance customer experience, capitalize on growth opportunities, and improve decision-making.
• Participate in and drive data modeling and governance best practices.
• Manage project operations to understand business requirements, formulate analysis approaches, identify data needs, prepare data, test hypotheses, conduct analyses, and present findings in simplified terms, while identifying next steps and future opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment.
• Handle confidential data according to guidelines.
• Train end users on new reports and dashboards.

Act as a liaison between Business Intelligence initiatives, business users, and the technology team.
