• Technology Implementation: Spearhead the adoption of e-learning technologies and platforms to ensure a seamless and interactive learning experience for all students.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with our team of language experts to translate educational needs into digital solutions and provide ongoing support to both instructors and learners.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning content and platforms, making data-driven decisions to enhance learning outcomes and student satisfaction.
• Innovative Problem-Solving: Stay ahead of e-learning trends and technologies, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Tech Experience: Proven experience in e-learning content development, with a portfolio that showcases your skills.
• Creative Skills: Exceptional skills in content creation tools, AI, and learning management systems, with an ability to make learning fun and memorable.
• Language Proficiency: Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Team Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
