**Your profile**
- We are looking to meet an upbeat labor law professional who wishes to join our growing global Employment Conditions team
- You must have gained consistent experience in labor law within an international law firm, large multinational company, or management consultancy
- You have in-depth knowledge of employment law and Comp & Ben instruments and have a high interest in personnel policy matters and economic contexts
- You are familiar with the labor law practices in the Americas region including knowledge of the regulatory environment, and you bring with you solid experience in dealing with employee representatives
- You are a proactive strategic problem solver and challenge existing processes with good judgement and decisiveness and possess the flexibility to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced changing environment.
- In order to find your way in your international environment, you are fluent in English
- Knowledge in Portuguese or Spanish is desired
**Your responsibilities**
- In your new role you will design and establish a modern and globally standardized employment conditions framework, including employment contracts, policies, and regulations, incorporating local standard methodology and legal requirements within the region.
- Advise management and HR on individual and collective labor law issues, but also design and provide guidance on their operational implementation in the respective countries
- Prepare and negotiate collective agreements with respective employee representatives (works councils, unions, etc.), if applicable
- Furthermore, you provide authoritative labor law support for restructurings, social plans and further transformation topics to come
- Be involved with legal correspondence with courts, external partners and lawyers
- Initiate and deliver employment conditions-related projects on regional or local level to meet legislative changes
- In addition, you handle ongoing relationships with external legal support and the HR service BPO partner to ensure the organization receives a satisfactory standard of services
