We are currently seeking anEngineering Assistant to join our team inDuque de Caxias, RJ . In this role, you will support engineering processes by managing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with global systems and teams all within an international environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and consult Bills of Materials (BOM) usingBAAN ERP .
• Access and review technical drawings through theAdept document system.
• Analyze and ensure engineering documentation is aligned with project specifications and company standards.
• Support detailing of structural bases, protection elements, and accessory components for pumping systems.
• UseAutoCAD to edit and validate drawings (under supervisor guidance).
• Assist in the development ofinstrumentation and electrical designs .
• Respond to and help resolveNon-Conformance Reports (NCRs) .
• Collaborate with procurement, production, suppliers, and quality teams to support product lifecycle activities.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – all communication, documents, and systems are in English.
• Proficiency inAutoCAD </strong>; knowledge ofInventor ,BAAN ERP , and technical documentation systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working with international teams and technical standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
