Available Roles Include:
- Certified Personal Trainers
- Group Exercise Instructors ( Les Mills , Zumba , Yoga , Cycling , etc.)
- Swimming Coaches & Lifeguards
Key Responsibilities (vary by role):
- Deliver engaging, results-driven training or group classes tailored to member goals
- Assess fitness levels and design custom programs for improvement
- Educate clients on proper technique, equipment use, and lifestyle habits
- Motivate, coach, and track progress to ensure sustainable results
- Ensure safety and cleanliness across all training spaces
- Collaborate with club teams to deliver top-tier member experience
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant certification in fitness, personal training, or group instruction ( NASM , ACE , ISSA , Les Mills , Red Cross , etc.)
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field is a plus
- At least 2 years of professional experience in fitness instruction or coaching
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia (Relocation support provided)
