As a Node Tech Leader in our Development Team, your mission will be to technically oversee a team of experienced front-end and back-end developers. You will work in a fast-paced global team focused on pushing innovation to the next level. Innovation is at the heart of BairesDev's strategy.

What You Will Do:

1. Architect Bandit backend systems using best practices.
2. Implement and iterate features rapidly and tactically.
3. Collaborate efficiently across functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
4. Design, extend, and implement APIs.
5. Maintain high engineering quality standards through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics.
6. Create engineering efficiencies via automation and tool development.
7. Define engineering processes for product launches and releases.
8. Contribute to growing the engineering team through technical interviews.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in React/Node.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with microservices and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Intermediate experience with agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN code, and scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS (RDS, SNS, SQS, Lambda), REST, GraphQL, TypeScript, Terraform, and CircleCI.
• Experience developing complete applications from scratch.
• Experience with automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong version control experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
