Location: Brazil | Energy Services Sector
The Opportunity
We are seeking a transformational General Manager to lead and expand a well‑established operation within the energy services sector in Brazil.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth mandate.
The selected executive will take full ownership of the country P&L, drive operational excellence, strengthen culture, and lead the next phase of strategic expansion. The goal is clear: double revenue within three years while maintaining uncompromising safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities Strategic & Business Leadership
- Full P&L responsibility for the country operation.
- Develop and execute a robust business plan to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Continuously assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Act as the senior representative of the company with key clients, partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
- Lead the HSE culture aligned with the highest industry standards.
- Oversee multi‑site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with operational excellence.
- Implement global best practices adapted to local realities.
- Drive process optimization, cost efficiency, and continuous innovation.
People & Culture Leadership
- Develop and mentor high‑performing teams.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession planning structure.
- Strengthen a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Ensure transparent and strategic communication across all organizational levels.
Strategic Objectives
- Double revenue within 3 years.
- Expand market share through new contracts and strategic positioning.
- Achieve operational excellence with a zero‑incident mindset.
- Strengthen regional leadership presence and stakeholder relationships.
- Maximize the performance and development of the team.
Requisitos Required Experience
- 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles with direct P&L ownership.
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary teams in demanding environments.
Technical Expertise
Strong and proven experience in:
- Oil & Gas Services
Education & Languages
- Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related), Geosciences, Business Administration, or similar.
- MBA or Executive Education is a strong plus.
- Full fluency in English is mandatory (daily interaction with global stakeholders).
- Portuguese fluency required not nationality.
