Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Google Ads / PPC Media Buyer to join our team full-time. This role is not for lead generation specialists but for someone with a strong background in managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands . Responsibilities Develop and manage highly optimized Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce clients Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimizations Set up and manage campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max Utilize Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data-driven insights to improve ad performance Continuously A/B test ads, landing pages, and creatives to maximize ROAS Collaborate with the creative and CRO teams to enhance conversion rates and AOV Provide detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends, automation strategies, and industry updates Qualifications ✅ 5+ years of experience in Google Ads & PPC management ✅ Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and e-commerce tracking tools ✅ Experience managing ad spend of $50K+/month for e-commerce brands ✅ Proven track record of improving ROAS and driving revenue growth ✅ Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns ✅ Experience working in a marketing agency (preferred) ✅ Strong communication and reporting skills ✅ English Level, B or higher.
