Job Duties
- Designing, testing, and integrating analog and digital PCBs for the development of Halliburton wireline tools.
- Collaborating closely with the Engineering team, Scientists, and Project Manager at the Halliburton Technology Center in Brazil (HBTC).
- Working with Halliburton development teams based in the US and Singapore.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields with sufficient experience.
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree is preferred.
Experience
- Experience in developing complex embedded systems for harsh environments (oil & gas, aerospace, defense, etc.), including hardware modeling, simulation, design, and testing.
- Design and analysis of analog and digital electronic systems (passive and active filters, power amplifiers, A/D and D/A converters, memory access/control, communication protocols).
- Proficiency in PCB design using CAD tools (PADS, Altium Designer, etc.).
- Experience with circuit simulators (LTSPICE, PSPICE, etc.).
- Experience with laboratory measurement systems (oscilloscopes, electronic loads, impedance and network analyzers).
- Proficiency in LabVIEW/MATLAB programming for controlling laboratory systems.
- Strong innovation, self-motivation, ownership, teamwork, and adaptability.
- R&D experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
