Job Purpose

The HR Training & Personnel Logistics Analyst is responsible for ensuring full compliance of offshore personnel with mandatory training requirements, managing training logistics, and maintaining accurate certification records in DRAKE System.

The role also supports HR strategy implementation, training governance, personnel logistics coordination, and operational workforce readiness in alignment with corporate policies and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that all offshore personnel hold valid mandatory training and certifications required for offshore deployment;

Coordinate all logistics arrangements for trainings scheduled in the DRAKE System;

Maintain strict control and timely updates of training and certification records in DRAKE;

Provide HR expertise in developing and implementing training-related policies, processes, and improvement actions according to business needs;

Interpret, apply, and uphold corporate policies and legal requirements with strong customer focus and best practices;

Apply an integrated approach when managing the employee mandatory training cycle (training matrix, gap analysis, deviation notices, certifications, training providers, and budget control) to effectively support Projects and Operations;

Monitor and support the local execution of HR Training policies, procedures, and processes;

Assist in managing the training budget, including creation and follow-up of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all training-related expenses;

Coordinate feedback from personnel regarding training provider performance and recommend improvements to management;

Support audits and evaluations of training service providers;

Provide operational support to the Personnel Logistics team, including weekend on-call coverage and emergency demands when required;

Control operational activities related to personnel departure, mobilization, and allocation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;

Previous experience in offshore operations, oil & gas, or maritime environment preferred;

Experience managing training matrices and certification control systems (DRAKE knowledge is an advantage);

Knowledge of Brazilian labor and maritime regulations is desirable;

Fluent English (minimum intermediate level);

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities;

Proactive profile with strong interface capability between HR and Operations.
