HSE & Quality Manager para Rio de Janeiro
Requisitos:
Airswift is seeking a HSE & Quality Manager to workwith a major O&G client.Location: Macaé, Rio de Janeiro.
Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards;
-
Lead and participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and incident investigations;
-
Promote a proactive HSEQculture through awareness campaigns, training, toolbox talks, and risk assessments;
-
Support proposal development and tenders with technical input related to HSEQ;
-
Ensure compliance with Brazilian legislation and applicable offshore standards, including IOGP guidelines;
-
Coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans across operational sites;
-
Engage with operational and management teams to continuously improve HSEQperformance;
-
Monitor contractor performance and contribute to SHEQ evaluations for new vendors.
Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering required

Active CREA registration mandatory
-
Minimum 6 years of experience in HSEQ roles within offshore or related industrial sectors

Lead Auditor certification in at least one ISO standard (9001, 14001, or 45001)

Advanced English
-
Strong knowledge of Brazilian HSEQ regulations and offshore industry standards

Familiarity with IOGP standards
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
