With established offices in Cuba, Mexico, Colombia, Panama and South Africa, we are now strengthening our presence in Brazil and looking for an experienced leader to join our team in Rio de Janeiro.
We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic and solution-oriented Incoming Operations Specialist to manage our inbound operations and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily inbound operations (Groups, FIT & MICE)
• Manage and develop local supplier network (transport, guides, venues etc.)
• Ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
• Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and streamline processes
• Maintain excellent client & partner satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with our international teams
Ideal Profile
• Proven inbound tourism operations experience in Brazil
• Strong Rio supplier network
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• MICE experience is a must.
• Hands-on, proactive, process-driven, and team-oriented
