**INNOVATION SPECIALIST | FINANCE | RIO DE JANEIRO**
**RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS**
- Support the development of an innovation framework to set Innovation and Continuous improvement ambition over Finance function;
- Participates in the implementation of the continuous-improvement framework: contributes to define the program parameters; identifies areas of improvement; implements a deployment plan; ensures the plan’s follow-up; evaluates performance of the improvements; ensures processes are in compliance with legislation, standards, and regulations.
- Improves policies, procedures, and processes
- Innovations and Continuous Improvements (CI) culture, promoting the CI and Innovation culture as well as running the CI projects;
- Plan, co-ordinate and support Innovation initiatives (RPA, lean management, collaboration.);
- Support Integra (ERP) implementation over Finance function and ensure consistency of processes and approach;
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Education : MBA / Master degree in International management or Innovation / Business School with strong focus on Process improvement and Innovation
- Experience (functions, duration): 3+ years of experience in similar position on process improvement / innovation position
- Lean management principles;
