International Film Sales Agent (India) Location : United States/India/Europe (Remote/Hybrid ) )Industry : Film, Media & Entertainmen tExperience : 2+ Year s About the Role We are seeking an experienc ed International Film Sales Ag ent based in t he Inida/Europe/United Sta tes to drive worldwide sales and distribution of feature films, documentaries, and entertainment content. The ideal candidate will have an established network of buyers, distributors, streamers, broadcasters, and production companies across multiple territories and a proven track record of closing international licensing and distribution deals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute international sales strategies for film and entertainment content. Identify, pitch, and negotiate licensing deals with distributors, broadcasters, OTT platforms, and content buyers worldwide. Manage relationships with existing clients and cultivate new partnerships across North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Represent the company at major film markets and festivals, including Cannes, AFM, EFM, TIFF, and MIPCOM. Negotiate territory rights, windowing, and distribution agreements. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for content monetization. Coordinate with producers, legal teams, and marketing teams to maximize revenue and global reach. Maintain sales pipelines and provide regular reporting on deal progress and market activity. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in international film sales, content licensing, or media distribution. Strong network of global buyers, distributors, OTT platforms, and broadcasters. Proven track record of successfully closing cross-border content deals. Deep understanding of rights management, licensing, and international distribution models. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel internationally for film markets and industry events.
