Responsibilities
- Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on usability, quality, and features.
- Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery deadlines.
- Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes to increase engineering efficiency.
Must Have
- Proven experience in technical end-to-end product ownership and meeting deadlines.
- 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React ).
- 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java ).
- High proficiency in TypeScript .
- Experience with modern frontend bundlers , package managers , and build tools .
- Knowledge of or experience with microservices architecture .
Nice to Haves
- Experience building software in the cloud.
- AI-assisted development experience using tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
