Votre mission
- Support in creating and monitoring the approval of purchase requests;
- Assistance in controlling the budget spreadsheet (updating status);
- Support in sending digitized purchase requests to suppliers;
- Monitoring receipt of invoices/bills and sending for payment;
- Support in sending links with requested artwork for field team;
- Support in ordering and monitoring of sample kits;
- Follow-up on the consolidation of furniture maintenance requests, sending for quotes, and monitoring execution;
- Support in controlling the product cabinet and periodically creating orders and sending demanded products by the sales team;
- Monitoring delivery status updates for the weekly report;
- Support in screening photos of best practices for the weekly bulletin – VPDV group.
Qui êtes-vous ?Behavioral Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication;
- Organization, sense of urgency, and ability to multitask.
Technical Skills:
- Basic Excel (intermediate is a plus);
- Basic PowerPoint;
