Requisitos:
Responsibilities Create and edit copy for acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, WhatsApp, SMS, eBooks, etc., ensuring alignment with brand strategy, campaign goals, and conversion objectives. Develop performance-focused copy, applying communication triggers, persuasive writing techniques, and tailoring tone and language for different audiences, regions, and products. Support the design and evolution of campaigns, proposing continuous improvements based on A/B tests, results, and audience behavior. Create scripts, messaging, and communication guidelines for sales operations, customer service, and candidate relationship channels. Collaborate with design, sales, operations, and performance teams to ensure integrated, regionalized, and results-driven campaigns. Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and communication benchmarks to introduce innovation and new approaches to acquisition campaigns. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints in the candidate journey, maintaining clarity, agility, and a candidate‑focused experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Languages/Literature, or related fields. Excellent written communication, with strong command of grammar, spelling, and the ability to adapt language for different channels and audiences. Knowledge of copywriting techniques, persuasive writing, and conversion-focused communication aimed at lead generation.
