Location: São Paulo, SP or Bragança Paulista, SP Work Model: Hybrid or Remote About the Role We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team and support our staffing and outsourcing operations . This role is ideal for someone who is building a career in recruitment and enjoys connecting with people, identifying talent, and building candidate relationships . You will support recruitment processes for international clients and candidates, with a strong focus on the Spanish-speaking market . What You'll Do Source and build pipelines of qualified candidates. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews. Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements. Conduct outreach through calls, messages, and other sourcing channels. Maintain accurate candidate information in our internal systems. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs. Work toward weekly recruitment activity and productivity goals. What We're Looking For Fluent English and Spanish . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and confidently speak with candidates. Good organization and attention to detail. Comfortable working with activity goals and recruitment targets. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. High motivation and interest in developing a career in recruitment. Nice to Have Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, customer service, or sales . Experience recruiting for the Spanish-speaking market . Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter, job boards, or ATS platforms . Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or international recruitment.
