Local Unit & Position Description
DNV Confidencial Shared Services is now looking for a lawyer to work on the Legal team to perform the activities below:
Review, draft and negotiate clients and supplier's contracts for Brazil, Chile and Argentina (English, Spanish and Portuguese language versions)
Draft Corporate documents
Provide support on legislation searches
Clients Corporate Register maintenance (fill the forms, system submission and others)
Draft responses to extra judicial notifications
Representation before public/ regulatory/ custom agencies (filling forms, suit documents and follow up)
Position Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Law
Deep knowledge in Brazilian law
OAB (valid)
Portuguese Native
Fluent in English
Spanish Intermediary/ Advanced
Knowledge in Company Corporate Law and Contracts
Desirable knowledge of data protection regulations
Ability to develop strong relationships with different user groups
Strong analytical, multi-tasking, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness
