Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years sales and territory management in networking or security sectors.
- 8+ years of experience as sales leader.
- Experience building business and marketing plans with customers and partners.
- Must have experience in delivering sales trainings, and experience in working in a fast-paced environment with revenue responsibilities.
- Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key Fortinet Telcos end users and MSSP in the region.
- Lead and manage sales teams.
- Build revenue and non-revenue business plans with each sales rep.
- Build revenue and non-revenue business plans with partners/Telcos.
- Manage and report sales forecast per week with his team and sales Directors.
- Conduct C-Level meetings with customers and partners.
- Provide ongoing sales and technical trainings to these partners/Telcos.
- Build marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues with development funds.
- Act as key channel strategist to regional sales managers within the region.
- Partner with Fortinet marketing and engineering teams to drive revenue growth within the region.
- Travel to the states that are part of the assigned territory (between 9 to 13 trips per quarter).
- Manage channels registered with wholesalers and monitor renewals.
- Develop and pay attention to final users of the territory, such as state and municipal governments, major public and private universities, and major companies in each region.
