Job Title: Operations Manager-LATAM
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Additional Availability: Occasional Saturdays required to oversee field operations and support sales representatives. Friday PM is light.
Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, non-traditional work environment. This role requires a unique blend of mental agility, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the roofing business. You will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and overall management of day-to-day operations, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daily operations, including scheduling roofers and dispatching teams to various job sites.
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness by overseeing CRM management and leveraging data for decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with all team members to foster a positive, energetic work environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites being worked on.
- Respond quickly to changes in the business environment or project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and a capacity to tackle challenges head-on.
- Provide leadership and support to a small, tightly-knit team, guiding the company through rapid growth phases.
- Maintain high levels of discipline and organization to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, ideally within the roofing or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for proactive problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy with experience managing CRMs and comfortable with numerical data.
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment, not limited to the traditional 9-5.
- Highly collaborative spirit and the discipline to handle multiple tasks in a fast-growing company setting.
- Quantitatively inclined, with a strong aptitude for analyzing data and generating actionable insights from numbers.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Proactive and mentally agile, able to anticipate and address issues before they develop.
- Organized and disciplined, with a focus on efficiency and time management.
