We currently have 2,000+ games and 2,000,000+ registered players. Naturally, we can't do all of this as well as all the exciting things we have lined up for the years to follow without the living legends that make our business the success it is today.

A great opportunity for an Outbound Sales Manager to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Professionalizing the sales function- Build out structure, sales process, tooling, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
  • Responsible for managing end to end business including driving transformation and positioning the business for increased market share and long-term growth
  • Responsible for regular reporting on website performance and customer experience metrics-optimizing site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth
  • Leverage your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals as a player. As you succeed in driving sales, start building out a sales team that you will manage.
  • Analyze market intelligence and support market strategy development with internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or obstacles

Work Schedule

  • 8 hours a day / 40 hours a week

Requirements

  • Experience within the iGaming industry
  • Experience in B2B or B2C
  • Upselling and Revenue generation
  • Performance Management and Coaching
  • Customer Service
  • Account Management
  • Customer Research
  • Closing Sales
  • Fluent in English and a native in Portuguese
