Location Sofitel Rio de Janeiro Ipanema – a beachfront hotel in Rio de Janeiro featuring 172 rooms, a rooftop chef’s table, infinity pool, spa, and beach club. Job Description Lead the daily operations of Sel d'Ipanema Beach Club Maintain service excellence aligned with brand standards and guest expectations Monitor and control food & beverage costs, labor costs, and daily revenue performance Drive revenue growth through upselling, team training, and operational efficiency Supervise reservation flow and optimize seating capacity Maintain strict inventory control and support purchasing processes Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Monitor guest satisfaction scores and online reputation Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally Support the F&B Manager in pre‑opening activities for the hotel’s outlets Assist with SOP implementation, onboarding and team training Participate in soft opening preparation and execution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field Proven experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in upscale or luxury hospitality Strong understanding of P&L and cost control principles Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Commercial mindset with focus on revenue optimization Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Fluency in English and Portuguese Ability to perform in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments Pre‑opening experience is a plus Additional Information Express entrepreneurial spirit and leadership while embodying the French Art de Vivre Demonstrate humble excellence through refined savoir‑faire and meticulous attention to detail Be a passionate team player—warm, sociable, and genuinely caring toward others Exhibit a strong sense of luxury by creating meaningful stories, rituals, and traditions Embrace a true Francophile mindset, showing curiosity and appreciation for French language, culture, history, and cuisine Demonstrate open‑mindedness, creativity, and a spirit of innovation Act as a cultural link by engaging with local arts, gastronomy, fashion, and contemporary design Champion committed luxury with a strong sense of care and responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
