ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Management, Business/Public Administration or any other related courses
  • Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training including
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Above average knowledge on use of MS Office

  • Knowledge on operations/production management
  • High level of written and oral communication skills

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Facilitates and monitors the release and issuance of relief items for delivery and ensures proper documentation and recording.
  2. Orients and supervises escort staff that will be deployed.
  3. Updates RIS/IF and Summary of Releases.
  4. Prepares memorandum, proposals, TOR, and other correspondences related to Transport Management Section’s activities.
  5. Validates data/information accuracy and consistency.
  6. Monitors the submission of reports and other documents required by the Division.

JOB OUTPUTS

  • Communications and reports related to the functions of the Logistics Management Division, Warehouse and Transport Management Section.
  • Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports regarding Inventory of Food and Non-Food Items (NFIs), management of warehouses and forwarding services.
  • Concept Notes and Activity/Project Proposals.
